Our students and staff celebrated in style yesterday with brilliant costumes inspired by their favourite books. The campus was been full of colour, characters and plenty of creativity. Congratulations to our best dressed students (as voted by teachers) Aaliyah and Krista, who transformed into the stunning duo of Elphaba and Glinda!

Students also took part in a range of book themed challenges, from Book Bingo and a schoolwide crossword to sharing their top reading recommendations. The library was busy with students creating Book Fortune‑tellers during their supervised study time. They also tried out our treasure hunt, racing to be one of the first five to hand in a complete and correct form to win prizes. Well done to the following students who were quick to decipher the cleverly crafted cryptic guide to come up with the word 'Bibliography'!
It's been a welcome distraction and opportunity for students to unwind and refocus before exam season ramps up. A huge thank you to everyone for getting involved and making World Book Day such a fun celebration of reading.
