Our first Ovingdean trip to the Worthing Bonfire, Fireworks, and Funfair was a fantastic success. The students had a wonderful time experiencing all the event had to offer — many were captivated by the fireworks lighting up the night sky, while others enjoyed the funfair rides and games. Some preferred a quieter moment, relaxing with a warm drink and a treat as they watched the festivities unfold.
We were particularly proud of how well everyone conducted themselves throughout the evening. Students arrived on time, showed maturity, and demonstrated consideration for those around them, reflecting the very best of Ovingdean spirit.
The trip was not only fun but also a great opportunity for students to spend time together, creating memories and building a sense of community. It was a memorable start to what we hope will be many more exciting Ovingdean trips in the future.
