Becs is a passionate and energetic Teacher of Physical Education who is dedicated to helping young people develop a lifelong appreciation for health, fitness, and wellbeing. She believes that physical education is about far more than sport; it plays a vital role in building confidence, resilience, teamwork, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime. 

With extensive experience in teaching GCSE PE and supporting students of all abilities, Becs is committed to ensuring every student can enjoy success and develop a positive relationship with physical activity. She is particularly passionate about sharing her fitness industry knowledge and helping students understand the benefits of leading an active and healthy lifestyle. 

Throughout her career, Becs has supported students in achieving strong academic outcomes in Physical Education while also nurturing talented athletes across a range of disciplines, including football, rugby, and athletics. Many of her former students have gone on to pursue successful sport-related careers, reflecting her commitment to developing both sporting potential and personal ambition. 

Outside the classroom, Becs leads by example. An accomplished distance runner, she has completed the London Marathon twice and the Brighton Marathon twice, demonstrating the dedication and perseverance she encourages in her students every day. 

A memorable highlight of her sporting journey was serving as a flag bearer at the Women's Rugby World Cup match between England and Australia at the Amex Stadium, a testament to her ongoing involvement in and enthusiasm for the sporting community.
