Christopher is an experienced Science teacher with a specialism in Biology, bringing over 25 years of teaching experience to the classroom. He holds a degree in Biology from the University of Sussex and a PGCE from the University of Southampton.
Throughout his career, Christopher has held a range of leadership roles, including Head of Biology, Head of Year 11, and Housemaster. These experiences have reinforced his belief that exceptional education extends beyond examination success, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and an enduring curiosity about the natural world.
Christopher is passionate about making Biology engaging, relevant, and thought-provoking. His lessons encourage students to think critically, ask insightful questions, and appreciate how biological science shapes our future. He has a particular interest in genetics and its potential to address some of the world's most pressing challenges, from improving global food security through more resilient crops to developing renewable fuels using genetically engineered organisms.
